Depending on the role you are hired for, shifts are typically 8 Hours, however, some of our Team Members are on a 12 Hour shift rotation.

Most of our Team Members will work some weekends. We try to minimize or rotate weekend shifts.

Yes.  Our 8-hour 2nd shift, 3rd shift and 12-hour off-hour shifts each have up to $2.00/hour shift differential.

The company will provide most PPE at no cost to the Team Member.  The exception to this is Steel-Toed works shoes and prescription safety glasses, that the employee must acquire.  We do, however, offer a set dollar reimbursement for these.

    1. Absolutely!  We encourage our Team Members to cross train at multiple production lines and we compensate them accordingly with bonus per hour wages for each additional line learned.  Plus, each line has different skill levels that, when attained, are compensated for.

    1. Yes.  Each workstation has Alexa devices, so you can listen to your music or podcasts throughout the day! 
    2. Our HR department plans activities throughout the year—Picnics, potlucks, steak dinners and many other activities to keep everyone engaged and the environment fun!

Yes.  Due to the cable we manufacture we must keep the temperature and humidity in check, thus, it is climate-controlled year around.
